1. Agreement
By accessing gosee.my or gosee.com.my, submitting an application or claim, making payment or using a GoSee service, you agree to these Terms of Service. GoSee is operated by ALX Solutions PLT (Registration No. 202004001414 (LLP0024190-LGN)).
2. The GoSee service
GoSee provides hosted digital pages, content organisation, design, publishing and related support. Features, inclusions, timelines and fees are based on the package or quotation confirmed before payment.
3. GoSee names and platform addresses
A GoSee name is a path or address within a domain owned and managed by ALX Solutions PLT. It is licensed for use while the applicable GoSee service remains active. Purchase does not transfer ownership of gosee.my, gosee.com.my, any subdomain, path, platform software or underlying infrastructure.
During early access, a name is held when a complete application is recorded, but remains subject to review and approval. We may reject or withdraw names that are misleading, unlawful, infringing, offensive, impersonating another party or likely to create confusion.
4. Customer information and content
You must provide accurate information and have the necessary rights, permissions and consents for all text, photographs, logos, trademarks, contact information and other materials submitted to GoSee. You remain responsible for the truthfulness, legality and accuracy of your content.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use GoSee for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful products or services, misleading claims, malicious code, infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights, or conduct that may harm users, GoSee or third parties.
6. Payment and fees
Approved early-access profiles may receive one month free. The free period starts when GoSee marks the page active and published, not on the application date. Applying does not create an automatic paid subscription. Any continuation price will be disclosed before the customer decides.
Fees are displayed or confirmed before payment. Payments may be processed through a third-party provider. Any renewal, recurring service, GoSee Care or additional work will be separately disclosed or agreed. You are responsible for applicable taxes, charges and accurate payment information.
7. Delivery and review
The first working version is normally prepared within 24–36 hours after all required content is received. This is an estimated service target, not a guaranteed deadline. Delays may result from incomplete materials, customer response time, complex requests, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Reasonable corrections within the agreed scope may be requested during review. New sections, major redesigns, extensive content writing, integrations or changes outside scope may require an additional quotation.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights in original materials you provide, subject to granting ALX Solutions PLT permission to host, reproduce, adapt, resize, format and display them for the GoSee service. GoSee's platform, templates, layouts, code, systems, brand elements and reusable components remain the property of ALX Solutions PLT or their respective licensors.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove a GoSee for non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, abuse, prohibited content, infringement, false information or material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will attempt to contact the customer before suspension, but immediate action may be taken when necessary.
10. Third-party services
GoSee may connect to payment providers, WhatsApp, social platforms, hosting services and other third parties. Their services may change, become unavailable or be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party acts, outages or policies beyond our reasonable control.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
GoSee provides a digital publishing and communication service. We do not guarantee customer enquiries, sales, search ranking, business results or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALX Solutions PLT is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication.
